1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter the Competition.

1.2. By submitting an entry into this Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1.3. All prize redemptions are subject to the winner being able to travel to the Margaret River Region at their own expense and will be subject to any relevant government travel restrictions in place at the time.

1.4. Directors, officers, management, suppliers, employees, and contractors of Cabin Fever (and its related bodies corporate or agencies), as well as their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” includes spouse (including de facto and same-sex spouse), ex-spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, and natural or adopted sibling, whether or not they live in the same household.

2. THE PRIZE AND COMPETITION

2.1. Participation in this Competition and information regarding redemption of any prizes forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Prizes cannot be used on existing bookings or in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers and are not transferable or redeemable for cash or exchange.

If the prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable, Cabin Fever reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of each individual operator and are subject to availability.

All prizes are valid until August 31st, 2026 from the date of issue. Prize winners must use their prize within the validity period and in accordance with any operator-specific conditions. Excluding the 2x tickets to Hair Of The Truffle Dog event happening on Sunday 19th, July from 7am to 11am.

2.2. This Competition is governed by the laws of Western Australia. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

2.3. Cabin Fever makes no warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or fitness for purpose of any goods or services awarded as part of the prize.

3. TERMINATION OR VARIATION

3.1. Cabin Fever reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without liability, subject to applicable laws.

4.2. Cabin Fever reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

4.3. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, Cabin Fever reserves the right to determine the entrant’s identity at its sole discretion.

4.4. Cabin Fever’s decisions in relation to the Competition and prize redemption are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
