If you’ve ever wondered what happens to great wine after a decade in the cellar, this is your chance to find out. Join Head Winemaker Conrad Tritt for an intimate museum tasting celebrating 30 years of exceptional winemaking, with a special focus on Cape Grace’s limited-release Reserve Basket Pressed Cabernet Sauvignon.
Taste your way through rare museum vintages from 2012 through to 2019, discover how each growing season shaped the wine in your glass, and gain insights straight from the person who knows these wines best. Hair Of The Truffle Dog

Breakfast of champions looks a little different during Cabin Fever.
Pull on your boots, grab a glass of bubbles and follow the farm’s highly trained truffle dogs as they sniff out prized black truffles beneath the winter soil. Along the way, you’ll learn how truffles are found, what makes a great harvest and why these elusive fungi are so highly prized.
The reward? A truffle-laden breakfast by the fire paired with Skigh Wines and a soundtrack of beats.

Join Head Market Gardener Amy Dyson for a garden-to-glass masterclass exploring seasonal growing, reducing food waste and making the most of homegrown produce.
Then comes the hands-on part. Guests will learn the art of pickling and preserve their own jar of vegetables to take home. Alongside the workshop, Wayfinder’s winemaking team and chef Felipe Montiel will guide guests through low-intervention wines and antipasti pairings inspired by the venue’s regenerative philosophy.

Blending Camp At Juniper Estate

Award-winning winemaker Andy Bretherton leads this hands-on blending session where guests learn the art of crafting their own wine blend through a series of playful challenges, tastings and friendly competition.

Step inside Howard Park’s stunning wine chapel and journey through four decades of exceptional wines with sommelier and old wine aficionado Cyndal Petty.
