When it rains, we pour - but when gale force winds are forecast, we don’t pour in The Cabin. ⛈️

Due to the severe weather warning for Sunday 20 July and the pop-up/outdoor nature of The Cabin presented by Shelter Brewing Co. we will not be opening the space on Sunday 20 July to ensure the safety and comfort of all.

Our friends at @shelterbrewingco will still be open to satisfy your beer needs, and Cheese Toastie Battle ticket holders will have a super cosy space to enjoy the event in (check your email if you have tickets)

The Cabin remains open as usual for Saturday 19 July until 9pm 🔥

We’re throwing open the doors to The Cabin at the Busselton Foreshore, your one-stop winter haven for the whole weekend — packed with sizzling food trucks, soul-warming live tunes, cheeky gin cocktails, local frothies, and cosy fireside hangs.

🔥 What’s on today?
From 11am, the live music starts rolling, @shelterbrewingco’s pouring the beers, and @littlethingsgin is shaking up the gin cocktails.

Then tonight, we turn up the flavour with our Food Truck Frenzy (6–9pm) — smash burgers, dumplings, Middle Eastern soul food, fish & chips, donuts + more, all to a soundtrack by Radio Coco.

And that’s just the start. We’ve got a Welcome to Country on Saturday, non-stop live music all weekend, kids activities, and Sunday’s epic Cheese Toastie Battle to melt your heart (sold out).

Plus, nearly 40 events are taking over the region for 10 days of wintry goodness.

We literally can’t wait to have all the fun — see you at The Cabin (or out there crawling from feast to feast)!

Busselton, get hungry — we’re kicking off Cabin Fever with a night of epic eats, local beats and cosy fireside vibes at The Cabin.

Smash burgers by @mrsmash__, Middle Eastern soul food from @lilpharaohs, handmade dumplings by @littlehand_dumplings, classic fish & chips from @leeuwintakeaway, sweet treats by @littleottoschocshop, gluten-free donuts from @omgdonuts.bunbury + more. All paired with @shelterbrewingco frothies and cheeky Cabin Fever gin cocktails by @littlethingsgin, @vassefelixwines & @juniperestate.

Live tunes by Radio Coco will set the mood — all you’ve gotta do is rock up hungry (and maybe a little thirsty).

We’re talking smoky butter chicken straight from Sarina’s new cookbook, a Cabin Fever-exclusive brew, candlelight, fire pits, live tunes and all the toasty winter feels.

@woodlandswines is rolling out the big bottles for a fireside feast at @eightwillowsretreat — think garden-grown produce, paddock-to-plate beef, and a decadent menu by Chef Will Gaunt, all paired with seriously impressive magnums (1.5L, 3L, and 6L!) of estate Chardonnay and bold Cabernets, guided by Winemaker Sam Badger.

One lucky guest will leave with more than a full belly… there’s a 2019 ‘Margaret’ Magnum up for grabs to take home.

@shelterbrewingco isn’t just about pouring pints on the Busselton Foreshore — they’re out there getting their hands dirty to keep this slice of WA thriving.

This winter, they teamed up with @lineinthesandgroup and Toby Inlet Catchment Group to help restore the dunes near Dunsborough — the same coastline that fills their pints, packs their pub, and makes this whole South West party possible.

Swing by The Cabin (18–20 July) to meet the crew from Line in the Sand and tap to keep it rolling. Then catch Shelter turning up the party at Shelter the Storm feat. DICE — or kicking on at Bingo Loco (if you snagged a ticket before it sold out).

Chef Evan Hayter of @desendentdining is teaming up with the rule-breakers at @ls.merchants for two epic nights of fire, food, and ferments that toss the rulebook (and a few corks) straight out the window.

We’re talking bubbles by the fire, a one-off feast that dials up every dish to match LS’s boundary-pushing wines, a vertical tasting of LS’s Cab Sav from ’19–’22, plus benchmark French drops and unreleased surprises.

Come hungry, come curious — and come ready for a little chaos (the good kind).
