Get your hands dirty at this laid-back garden-to-glass session at Wayfinder Dunsborough. Join Head Market Gardener Amy Dyson for a seasonal masterclass in all things home growing, with tips on cultivating your own patch, reducing waste and making the most of the season’s best produce, straight from the Wayfinder Market Garden. Then roll up your sleeves for a hands-on pickling demo, where you’ll preserve and take home your own jar of freshly made pickles. Alongside it all, the Wayfinder winemaking team and chef Felipe Montiel will be pouring low-intervention wines with antipasti pairings, bringing their regenerative, off-grid philosophy from garden bed to glass.
