The Grove Distillery proudly welcomes Cassia Fremantle to the Margaret River region for an exclusive one-night-only dining experience celebrating handcrafted whisky and exceptional food.
Led by co-owner and chef Ru Teow, Cassia has earned a reputation for its refined modern Australian approach, where provenance and terroir guide every dish. With a philosophy centred on showcasing exceptional ingredients through bold yet restrained flavours, Ru has created an exclusive menu inspired by The Grove’s handcrafted whisky collection.
Think Kingfish Crudo, La Delizia Stracciatella, 30-Day Beeswax-Aged Stone Axe Full Blood Wagyu Oyster Blade, and Fermented Potato Focaccia.
Throughout the evening, our Head Distiller Shannon Grigg will guide guests through three curated whisky tastings before each course, sharing the stories behind each spirit, the distilling process and how every whisky has influenced the menu.
Not a whisky drinker? No problem. We’re happy to tailor your experience by swapping your whisky tastings for another handcrafted Grove spirit such as Gin , Vodka or liqueur to suit your taste. Simply let our team know on arrival and we’ll look after the rest.
Expect an intimate evening of incredible food, exceptional whisky and great conversation in the warmth of The Den, surrounded by roaring fires and Chesterfield lounges.
