If Cabin Fever has a beating heart, it’s The Cabin.
The Cabin returns to Busselton from 17–19 July, taking over the newly built Saltwater Busselton for three days of live music, great food, local wine and beer, art, wellness activities and family-friendly fun. Best of all? Entry is completely free* (*with food and beverages available for purchase).
As Cabin Fever celebrates its 10th anniversary, The Cabin marks its own milestone, bringing together everything people love about the festival in one vibrant, welcoming hub designed for everyone.
If you’re chasing live music, a lazy afternoon by the bar, a family day out or simply somewhere to soak up the festival atmosphere, The Cabin is the place to be.

Wellness, But Make it Cabin Fever
Every day starts with free Pilates from Gnarabup Yoga & Pilates at 11am.
Open to all ages and experience levels, it’s the perfect way to stretch, move and reset before a day of live music, food and festival fun.
On Sunday morning, Cold Nips will host a community ocean dip at 10am, followed by Pilates, warm drinks and the chance to connect before the live music kicks off.
Three Days of Live Music
Once the Pilates mats are packed away, the volume goes up.
This year’s lineup showcases some of WA’s most exciting emerging artists alongside established favourites, with indie rock, folk, blues, soul, grunge and groove-driven DJ sets filling the Saltwater stage all weekend long.
Friday belongs to Lightnin Jack, the blues and roots powerhouse often referred to as the face of Cabin Fever, alongside Whiskey Jack, Cleo Destouches and Ben Catley. As the sun goes down, DJ Luke Vecchio and Leeroy ‘Bongo’ Brown take over for an evening of laid-back beats and good vibes.
Saturday brings folk rock’n’roller Clare Perrott, Boorloo grunge outfit Navy June, indie rock favourites Figurehead and WAM Rock Song of the Year winners The Forever Party.
Sunday rounds things out with Dan White, Tom River, Charlie Youngson and Brightsider, delivering everything from atmospheric indie folk and coastal storytelling to groove-soul and award-winning songwriting.

Food Worth Leaving the House For
This is your warning: come hungry.
Pip & Co will be serving up a weekend of seriously delicious eats at The Cabin. The latest venture from Jason Beste, former Supper Road Head Chef and chef to multiple Formula One teams, is set to officially open in Cowaramup this August, but Cabin Fever guests will get an early taste of what’s to come.
Expect bold flavours, mouth-watering dishes and plenty of reasons to go back for seconds.
Friday Night Food Truck Frenzy
The opening weekend gets even bigger on Friday night when Queen Street closes to traffic and transforms into a bustling Food Truck Frenzy.
From 6pm to 9pm, expect street food, live music, local vendors, a fully stocked bar and a soundtrack provided by Luke Vecchio and Leeroy ‘Bongo’ Brown.
Chasing dinner, dessert or simply want an excuse to stay out a little longer? This is your one-stop shop for a very good night out.

Bring the Kids
The Cabin is designed for all ages, and there’s plenty happening for the little ones.
Across the weekend you’ll find face painting, balloon twisting, water-based tattoos, giant bubbles, arts and crafts, plus circus workshops presented by Rapture Arts.
Translation: the kids will be entertained, and you might actually get to finish your drink while it’s still hot.
Art at the Heart of it
Throughout the weekend, Margaret River Region Open Studios will present The Cabin Collection, a pop-up gallery showcasing works from 10 local artists.
Even better, 100% of gallery commissions will be donated to River Angels, a volunteer-run charity supporting local families impacted by cancer.
It’s a celebration of local creativity and community spirit right in the middle of the festival action.
See You at The Cabin
Three days. Live music. Great food. Family fun. Local art. Wellness sessions. Food trucks.
Not bad for a winter weekend.
The Cabin is where Cabin Fever comes together… locals, visitors, families, music lovers, foodies and everyone in between. Pull up a chair, grab a drink and settle in.
The Cabin runs Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July at Saltwater Busselton and is free to attend, making it the perfect place to start (or end) your Cabin Fever adventure.
