Celebrating the rich flavours of the eastern Mediterranean, expect a vibrant feast of seasonal dishes inspired by the traditions of Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Cyprus and beyond — all designed for sharing, and communing over with family and friends. This year, INARA teams up with the esteemed Fermoy Estate, pairing their celebrated Wilyabrup wines with the bold, aromatic flavours of the menu. Senior winemaker Jeremy Hodgson will present the wines, focusing on Chardonnay and Cabernet.
