About this Event
An exciting many hands collab lunch championing local produce with four renowned chefs preparing a course each. Be wined and dined by Evan Hayter of de’sendent, Luke Foyle of Juanita’s Bar Subiaco and Chase Weber culinary director of Sesh Mafia, last chef to be announced. Each a master of their preferred cuisines and will be preparing a course each championing local produce, matched to stunning local beverages.

Chase Weber, director of Sesh Mafia (owner of Papi Katsu and Shui), adding the cherry on top to this spectacular winter long lunch with, of course, dessert.
Evan Hayter from De’sendent, owner of Margaret river’s hottest new restaurant and the OG in sustainability. Taking fine dining on the Margs main street to the next level, dishing up the entree.
