Be wined and dined by Evan Hayter of de’sendent, Luke Foyle of Juanita’s Bar Subiaco and Chase Weber culinary director of Sesh Mafia, last chef to be announced. Each a master of their preferred cuisines and will be preparing a course each championing local produce, matched to stunning local beverages.
