About this Event
Margaret River Brewhouse and Margaret River Beer Co are joining forces with spice queen Sarina Kamini for a warm, fire-lit feast to celebrate the chilly South-West winter with Cabin Fever.
Tuck into Sarina’s smoky butter chicken, matched with a Cabin Fever-exclusive beer brewed just for the night. You’ll be treated to a spread of warm, flavour-packed sides including Garlic Naan, Tadka Dal, Cauliflower Sabji, Eggplant Chutney, Mango Lassi + more.
The authentic recipes come from Sarina’s new cookbook, which has inspired the divine menu of the night. You’ll hear from her and Margaret River’s brew crew as they chat beer, spice and everything nice.
There’ll be live music, giveaways and entertainment throughout the night. Settle in by the candlelight and fire pits for the ultimate winter vibes.
